I got into UX Design to help move the Audiovisual (AV) industry closer to human-centered design processes, and have focused my time and efforts on user research, information architecture, prototype testing, and iterative practices.

I am a pragmatic thinker with an eye towards the balance of form and function who can work through gritty detail while also keeping the big-picture in mind. My expertise is built upon over 19 years of experience ranging from technical services manager, product manager, and consulting designer.
